Bubur kacang ijo adalah salah satu makanan favorit di Indonesia. Di Bandung, banyak pedagang bubur kacang ijo. Mereka menjualnya di warung, di pinggir jalan, ada juga yang menjualnya dengan cara keliling menggunakan roda. Bahkan, di antara mereka ada juga yang menjual bubur kacang ijo dengan menggunakan sepeda motor. Ada yang menjualnya di pagi hari, siang hari, sore hari hingga malam hari. Rata-rata bubur kacang ijo yang mereka jual habis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bubur kacang ijo memang disukai banyak orang. Terutama ibu-ibu hamil. Mereka suka mengonsumsi bubur kacang ijo. Bahan-bahan:
– 250 gram kacang ijo
– 150 gram gula merah (diiris)
– 100 gram gula pasir
– 1 ruas jahe (dikeprek)
– 2 lembar daun salam
– 1/2 sdt vanili
– 1 liter udara putih.
– 1/2 butir kelapa
– 1 sdt garam.

Ingredients:
– 250 grams of green beans
– 150 grams of brown sugar (sliced)
– 100 grams of sugar
– 1 segment of ginger (chopped)
– 2 bay leaves
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
– 1 liter of white air.
– 1/2 coconut
– 1 tsp salt.

 

Cara membuatnya: | How to make:

 

– Cuci bersih kacang ijo, lalu rendam dengan air semalaman.
– Panaskan 1 liter air hingga mendidih, masukkan kacang ijo yang sudah direndam semalaman dengan dua lembar daun pandan, kecilkan api dan rebus kacang ijo sampai empuk.

– Wash the green beans, then soak them in the air overnight.
– Heat 1 liter of air until boiling, add green beans that have been soaked overnight with two pandan leaves, reduce the heat and simmer the green beans until tender.

 


– Setelah empuk masukkan jahe dan garam aduk-aduk sebentar kemudian masukkan gula merah, gula pasir dan vanili.
– Aduk-aduk terus sampai bubur kacang ijo kental. Setelah kental matikan api dan dinginkan.

– Selanjutnya membuat kuah santan:
Kelapa diparut lalu disiram 200 cc air hangat, setelah agak dingin diperas dibuat santan kental, beri 1 lembar daun salam dan rebus dengan api kecil sambil diaduk-aduk, beri garam sedikit lalu aduk sampai mendidih. Matikan api dan dinginkan.
